BWT joins forces with Living Tomorrow: Innovation Campus 2030 set to have perfect water management provided by Europe´s leading water technology group.

In the next five years, Brussel´s Innovation Campus will be equipped with a broad range of products to fulfill BWT´s “Safety – Hygiene – Health” goal in the daily contact with water.

BRUSSELS, Belgium & MONDSEE, Austria. 28th March 2023 - United in the vision that we need to do our best today to be excellent tomorrow, Austrian-based Best Water Technology (BWT) signed a long-term collaboration agreement with Living Tomorrow. Within the next five years, BWT will use its world-leading know-how in water treatment to provide perfect water quality for all water-related applications on the Innovation Campus 2030 in Brussels.

To deliver “Safety – Hygiene – Health” in the daily contact with water, a broad range of BWT products will be installed. They span from filtration to ion exchange and disinfection – also for the protection of sanitary installations from particles and corrosion – from heating water treatment, legionella prophylaxis and protection, to under-the-sink filters and mineralizers, to water for perfect coffee and tea. They serve the world’s leading hotels with ADA Cosmetic smart care membrane dispensers – the most hygienic dispensers - with the best recognized cosmetic brands in the world. Additionally, BWT is providing personalized Climate bottles in lieu of plastic bottles to support its claim to “Change the World – sip by sip”.

To fulfill the campus´ innovation mission, BWT will digitize its water supply by having the devices and filters record important data for safe operation on the one hand and act intelligently in terms of predictive maintenance, on the other. Consumed water volumes are tracked via app or building control technology to identify potential savings. Furthermore, BWT´s intelligent devices support the customer in servicing equipment and replacing filters in due time as well as sanitizing the equipment.

Sustainability is in BWT´s DNA and every product is designed to protect our most valuable resource – water. We are dreaming of a world where everybody has access to safe and healthy drinking water. This mission drives us to develop worldwide leading technologies to make healthy, tasty, mineralized drinking water out of any locally available water – without the need to produce and transport water bottles around the globe. A win-win solution for people and environment!”, says BWT CEO Andreas Weissenbacher.

The BWT group has incorporated its mission “For you and Planet Blue” in everyday business. As a company, BWT strives to be innovative as well as sustainable while acting responsibly on a global scale.

Therefore, a cooperation with Living Tomorrow was a natural decision. Both companies share a clear vision to contribute to a sustainable future on our planet. This can only be made possible by continuously striving for innovation and perfection paired with out-of-the-box thinking. As this is exactly what´s happening on the Living Tomorrow Campus with its forward-thinking product & technology portfolio, BWT fits the platform perfectly.

“We are excited that BWT is joining our campus. They add world-renowned know-how and expertise in the area of water treatment via their activities Best Water Home, Best Water Office and Industry, Best Water Hotel, Best Water Restaurant and Coffee Shop. Together, we will be able to make visitors, partners and consumers aware of the relevance of water and how this resource can be optimized in an economic and ecological way.”, says Joachim De Vos, Co-Chairman and Managing Partner from LIVING TOMORROW.

Starting now, BWT will equip Living Tomorrow´s Innovation Campus 2030 with its innovative water technology products to guarantee the resource-saving use of local water and together, they will contribute to the sustainable development of our planet for future generations.
